child school

When my daughter finished 8th grade my x wife decidied she wanted her in private school and I dissagreed , our divorce agreement sts both parties must agree, now she wants half the fee. do I have to pay?

Without know more, no. Will you have to pay at some point? Maybe. She could take you to court to change the PSA to make you pay and the judge may agree. If she files a motion, I strongly suggest that you get an attorney.
