If you child support account keeps changing adding amounts in arrears and you asked the case worker for an audit but she says that you need a court order for it what do you do? is there a way around going to the court to get an accounting of your child support account?

I suppose that you could just try filing your own motion. I would give you a break on my fee by charging $500 for the motion which is probably more than the arrears they have given you.
Call me if you like.

I've never heard of needing a court order for that. Ask to speak to someone higher up.
