What happens to back child support monies that are garnished form wages, and sent to the recipient parent, who is now incarcerated? ( The child is now an adult)

Re: Child Support
Nothing until you file a motion with the court. If it is back child support, the parent is still out the money regardless of whether or not they are locked up.

They could be deposited in an account in the name of the recipient parent.
