Re: child support

You do not have to support a child that is not yours. You shouldn't run into any problems.

Re: child support

Only your husband will be liable for the child support.

If your husband's only income is the money that he makes from your business, then his share of the income can be used to pay the child support.

Does you husband make an income from your business or are you supporting both you and your husband from your business?

Re: child support

The father has the support obligation, not you. Unless he works for the business and receives wager or salary that could be garnished his support obligation is not something you need be concerned about.
