Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Child support

He claims he can't find a job. But, he is living w/his girlfriend who is supporting him so what incentive does he have to work. I work.

We have 2 teenage children. In our court hearing, the judge said that he should pay $100/week because he doesn't have a job. I disagreed as this is unacceptable as it barely buys food for a family of 3. The decision isn't definite yet. Can I pursuade the judge to change the amount?

What happens if and when he does get a job?

Thank you

Re: Child support

He should be compelled to seek employment based upon his work skills and then pay at the level of the employment he finds. You should call me at 8002737933 to discuss this matter.
