Child Support

If child is collecting social security check on a monthly basis does non custodial parent still have to pay an additional child support payment?

If it is the noncustodial parent's disability which is the basis of the monthly check it seems unfair to compel the noncustodial parent to pay from his or her meager monthly check.

Yes, but you will get a credit for that amount. Thus, if that figure is the same or more than you have to pay, you pay nothing.
