child support and college costs

college costs wre never addressed in our divorce now my exspouse wants me to pay for college costs i have been out of work for 15months and have used all of my funds and have borrowed monies for child support there truley is nothing left please help urgentneed good advice she has been to 8 different attorneys i would be happy to pay if i could we have already been divorced for 8 years its never ending or never enough she remarried and doing verrywell yet there seemsto be no fairness

Your obligation to pay for college to limited to your ability to contribute to same where there has been no voluntary reduction of income on your part.

I agree with Mr. Moore, but you are in a tough position. I doubt you can afford an attorney and she is going to argue that you can make a certain amount of money. There is no need for you to be borrowing money to pay child support. Sounds like you tried to do this without an attorney and really paid the price. Its not going to get any easier.
