Child Support and Custody

I got divorced in december of 1999 . Do I have to wait

3 years to patition the court to change the agreement?

Are there any lifes changes that would be acceptable?

you do not have to wait any minimum amount of time before making a motion or application to the court for relief. the granting of the relief you seek will be at the discretion of the court.

You do not have to wait three years, although you must show a significant change of circumstances in order to amend your divorce decree.
