Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Child Support

I am getting divorced and will have joint physical custody of my 2 children. What is the law as far as if and what I am required to pay in child support? Do I have to pay since I will have the kids exactly half the time? If so, as my income increases, will my payments increase as well?

Re: Child Support

The support guidelines will be used to compute how much each parent pays

for child support. The parent who has the larger support obligation will be required to pay money, on a weekly basis, to the other parent where each has one half of the parenting time.

Call me if you like.
