child support dna test

i was swab tested and results were 99.99% probability not to be excluded, my problem and i am not trying to avoid responsibility, the child was born feb 12 2003 conceived in may 2002, but i did not met the mother until june 2002 and i had sex with her july 2002, how could i be the father i am certain of these days and now i am going to court for child support i don't know how to proof i am not

You have a tough road ahead of you. The DNA test is pretty much conclusive as far as the law is concerned. You may be able to get another test, if you can present enough evidence to establish that you could not possibly have fathered the child. However, you should understand that DNA, like all other science is not definitive or exact. Also, there is a possibility that the baby was born early.
