Child Support
My duaghter is 22 years old has been in college for over 4 years and will be completing to recieve her Associates only. She is working full time and has informed me to take her off my health insurance, she will be recieving health insurance for her full time job. She is no long living with her mother and moved in with her boyfriend. What can I do in this case.

I would think that you have come to the end of child support. She is working full time and living separate and apart from both parents.

You can go to court and get the child support payments stopped.
Your child is now emancipated (22, not living at home, and working full time).
