child support

i have found out that while I was paying child support two of of my children were in the military for 3 and 4 years. is this a case for overpayment and what can i do about it

It would seem that the other parent concealed information from you that would have entitled you to an Order terminating your child support for those chiledren. I would think that the Court, being a court of equity, would give you a credit for these payments and/or require return of the funds obtained by concealment.

File a motion with the court. I suggest you at least consult with an an attorney before doing anything. I just had this issue last week.
