Child Support Guidline/Presidence
If a divorce agreement does not refer to child guidlines when drafted nor were they used are they every applicable when trying to deterime how monies should be spent/distributed for child? Also, If over a 10 year period father of child has paid 2/3 of camp and or extra curricular expenses and at his whim decides he no longer want to pay 2/3, does presidence apply here?

An agreement for child support is not binding where the child's needs exceed what is paid and the guidelines entitle the child to more.
As for camp and extracurriculr expenses a judge would order the parents to pay their prorated share of the expenses. If the father earns twice as much as the mother he pay two thirds.

If there is no agreement, the court will use the guidelines. Just because the father paid 2/3 doesn't mean the court will order it.
