Child Support

Child has been incarcerated and outcome does not look good. Who gets the child support while he is in detention?

Interesting issue. It really depends on how long the child will be locked up for. Your child support should be reduced as the tax payers of NJ will be supporting him. I would call an attorney to discuss this. You can call me at 732/247/3340.
