child support modification
i was divorced in bergen county in 1998. my ex-husband pay child support of $400/wk based on his salary in 98 of $150,000. he now makes $450,000 and i work part time as a secretary. can i file a motion for an upward modifiation based solely on his signifiant change in income? if so, what statutes and case law do i research?

Based upon the increase of your ex-husband's income of $300,000.00 per year, you can definately make an application to the Court for an increase.
