Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
Child support modification
I'm in the military and I have two children who live in New Jersey with the custodial parent. We owned a house and I gave it to her in our divorce decree. She sold it in 2006 and made $192000. I was forced to transfer jobs and received a decrease in pay. I filed a motion for a modification of child support pro se. And she hired an attorney. I received a certification from the defendant, a cross-motion and a order. She lied in most of her certification. I can't afford an attorney at this time, but I would appreciate any help. What can I respond with? Is the judge going to go with their order or can I object to her order and change things on it? Please help!!!

If you can't afford an attorney, you should speak to legal services of New Jersey. How do you know you can't afford an attorney? You don't have a credit card that you put $2000 to $4000 on?

I am willing to help you with the preparation of you responding papers
for the fee of $600. You must fax me the papers received by you. We would then discuss the problem, using email and then I would prepare papers which I would email to you for your signature. You would fax the signature page or pages, only, back to me.
