Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

child support modification

I pay child support thru NJ but have been livining in florida for 2 years. My ex and daughter moved out of NJ and I have had no contact with them for over 1 year. I want to transfer my case out of NJ to either FL or NC where I believe my daughter resides. What are my options? Thanks

You have to file a motion, but it could be difficult. I have many cases where no one lives in NJ, but we still litigate in NJ. I suggest you speak with an attorney.
