Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Can I have my child support modified so that my ex husband has to pay the court instead of directly pay me and then they can forward the payment to me? Also, my income has dropped to almost half of what I was making at the time of my divorce 4 years ago. I was laid off but, have had a different job for 3 years now. My ex husband makes money more since our divorce plus bonuses and even works a part time job bar tending in the summers. He makes 10 times more than me. Can I can an increase in child support?

He never mails my alimony or child support checks. He never has. He always sticks the checks in my girls overnight bags when they visit him and never tells me or them that he put them there or he will drop the check off at my door unsecured in the middle of the night that it is due on and doesn't tell me and I find it in the morning as long as no one takes it or the wind doesn't blow it away or makes my girls pick it up after school at his house.

According to our legal property settlement agreement he has to pay for medical co-pays and other medical receipts like prescriptions, etc after I have paid the first $250 per child in a year. I pay for these up front and then submit the receipts to him but, he gives me a hard time when he has to pay them. Can I have the court collect these monies and monitor the payments for me too? I do not ask for anything more than what was agreed upon and follow the agreement but, get harrassed when he has to fulfill his end of the bargain.

Do I have any recourse? Please help. Thank you in advance for your quick response to this matter.

If the support order was obtained through the courts, I don;t know why you should be going through this..The court would normall insist that Probation supervise collection. If you want it changed, you can go through the courts to do it.
