Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

child support

i am 3 months pregnant and the father is denying to be the father. he says he wants a dna test and that if it is his he wants to take the baby out of the country and leave him in his country. when the dna test proves he is the father can he do that??

And also can he have visitation rights if i dont feel that my child is safe at his house with his 23 year old daughter living with him?? she never agreed to our realtionship and I am afraid she might harm my child!

Re: child support

Once the child is born you need to file an action in New Jersey to establish New Jersey as the child's home state. The other issues are more complicated, and need to be explored more fully.

I would be happy to follow up with you if you would like to email my office or schedule an appointment.
