Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Child support

The mother of my boyfriends daughter makes it very clear that she refuses to spend the support money on the child but will do ''whatever she pleases'' with it. She's now threatening to go for an increase and revoke the visitation order that he just received. What can he do to defend himself, and make sure that the support money is spent on the child??

Re: Child support

To defend himself, he could get an attorney. To make sure th money is spent on the child? Nothing. Courts usually don't care that "some" (read all) of the money goes to the parent's expenses.
