Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Child support move from NJ?

Divorced in NJ in 1992. I live in GA, ex wife lives in NH with daughter. Child is now 16 y/o. Support still paid through NJ. Due to NH & GA laws favoring support ending at 18 I would like to try to have the case moved to my state or ex's state. Advice?

Georgia wouldn't have appear to have jurisdiction. You'd need to ask a lawyer in her state what rights you'd have there.
