Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Child Support - NJ

An order was passed in Middlesex County, Family Part, NJ in 2003

The order was for divorce, child support, no visitation rights ( i live outside of usa and may take the children away ! - utter nonsense) but still the order gets me no visitation. I did not submit to NJ Family Part Jurisdiction. Appeal made without submitting to jurisdiction. No order in my favor here!

My ex with my kids has moved to another county in NJ itself. My ex has been working since end 2002.

I have not paid Child Support and I do not live in USA since -end 2002.

If I were to enter USA not in NJ, would i be arrested at the airport on arrival or if i were to drive into from Canada or Mexico.

I have no idea if there is any bench warrant on my name.

My matters are quite complex:

1. Child Support Non Payment

2. Credit Card Non payment

3. Bank Credit Line (Business)overdrawn and not paid, personal guarantee for the same

4. Not filed business tax return since 2002.

No income from 2003 in USA - personal/business.

5. Last personal Tax return filed for 2002.

6. Overseas Court has jurisdiction, ignored by NJ Court.

NJ order declared null and void, Overseas Court. Stay on proceeding in NJ Court served on ex, ignored

Can anyone guide me..
