child support

the non-custodial parent is in jail for one year. his wife yesterday motioned the court to suspend child support payments because of lack of income. he has assets. will the court agree to this and how do i respond? he is a convicted pedophile and violated parole. thank you

If he hsa assets they must be brought to the attenton of the Court by you in the papers which are filed with the court by you. You should hire

an attorney for this purpose.
