Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

child support

I have been trying to have a support order vacated.

My ex has failed to appear in court each time over the past 5 years. And yet the court has no current address of her.

Is there a law that can help me out the next time I go to court?

I know if I failed to apear the court issues a warrent for arrest. How come the same dosent apply to her, the plantiff?

As of the past 5 years the monies have been place in a special court orderd account due to the fact that they can not locate plantiff.

Re: child support

Sounds kind of weird and unlike anything in my experience. I believe I can find her. Give me a call.
