child support

I have been paying child support for 16 years my ex moved my daughter out of state have not seen her in n4 years she is now 19 works full time but goes to college which i pay for which is not in agreement now after 16 years my ex is taking me back to court for more money. my 19 year old daughter lives with her boyfriend and both of them pay the mother rent what can i do

There is a lot wrong with the picture you draw. Your daughter is not being supported but is self-supporting and the mother is not using the child support money to support her. You can oppose the motion. Call me if you like.

From what you describe your daughter may be emancipated which needs to be presented in Court.

You should seek counsel to do so as soon as possible as delay will add to your problems.

I agree you need to file a motion to emancipate your daughter. I would also file a cross-motion to have your ex-wife and daughter pay for part of the college.
