Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
Child support payments
My husband pays child support to his exwife for 2 of his 3 children. 1 child is over 21 and emancipated, 1 child is in college full time, not living at home during the school year. The 3rd child is currently 17 but will be 18 in a couple of months. She plans on going away for a year to Israel. If she is away at school along with the other one, would that entitle my husband to no more child support or at least a reduction?

Re: Child support payments
There are several issues to talk about, including whether your husband pays for part (or all) of the children's college expenses. Will he have to pay any part of the cost of this year trip to Israel?
