Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Child support

If a plaintiff files a motion, and the defendant reponds with a certfication of defendant, notice of cross motion, and an order. What can the plaintiff respond back with? Is it just a reply certification of plaintiff, or can he include he's own order and opposition to cross motion?

Re: Child support

The reply Certification is the response to the Cross Motion. Keep in mind that this advice is based purely on the little bit of information that you have given to me. There certainly may be other facts that would change my opinion. And, no one can rely on the opinion of an attorney who has not been retained. Before you do anything, you should consult with a Family Law attorney. Good luck! Rob Gleaner
