Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

child support &

I recieved a decision that I owe an additional $10,000. Stated it was unopposed but I handed in documentation about my finances. Can I fight this. I do not have the money. I am still paying off my lawyer from the divorce.

Papers must be filed in a TIMELY manner. You probably filed your papers late.

You have twenty days to file a motion for reconsideration.
