Child Support

I recieved support papers for a child after 17 yrs.What are my legal rights as a father .I have court date on 9/8/06.Please help.

Wow 17 years, I've seen about 12 or 13, but 17 is something else. I suggest you get a good attorney right away, as in now. There are good arguments to be made to get the case dismissed. I got a case like this dismissed a few months ago. Call me at 732/247/3340 and we can talk about the case.
