Child Support Review

My ex lost her job, got a new one, much less money, I got a letter from her lawyer requesting tax and pay stub info for rewiew of child support amounts. Do I have to submit them and do I have the right to ask for the same documents from them before I submit mine ?

You do not have to cooperate with her attorneys and she does not have to cooperate with you unless your divorce judgment requires it. The same applies to her.

The court will probably require the exchange of tax returns at some point.
