Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
Child Support
How do I go about having my child support reviewed, and is it necessary to have an attorney to help me with this. Also, since I now live in a different county, do I go through the court system of the county in which I reside now?

Re: Child Support
First you need to contact the original county and get them to move the case to the county in which you now live (assuming that is the county where the children live; otherwise, it must stay in the children's county). Then, you need to make an application to the Court and explain to the Court why you believe the child support should change. You will need to convince the Court that there has been a substantial change of circumstance that warrants the change. This is more difficult than it seems, and you may want to consult with an attorney experienced in Family Law and discuss this with him or her. If you want
