Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
child support
my ex sold his medical practice and claiming he makes 90,000 now instead of 750,000, how can i ask the court to subpoena statements from the corporation and find out what his pension value is currently and assets, we had a motion filed there was an order, then we did not hear back from the judge when all information was filed, instead his attorney filed another motion, is that so i just will file the cross in time, what about what the judge already denied and ordered back last year this case was pending on the judge to schedule a court date, thank you

This question really troubles me. I am sure you have an attorney. Why can't he or she answer your question for you? Don't take me the wrong way, I am just really concerned because this is not the type of question I see on here. You should not have to tell your attorney how to do his or her job.
If, for some reason, you don't have an attorney, why don't you have one?

You really need to discuss this with your attorney. An attorney has the power to issue subpoena(s) in New Jersey and enforce them. Further, you can file to enforce an order. I would suggest you discuss this with your attorney.
