child support

my son owes back support for two children. he now has a job and has paid support for three months.the court has a warrant for his arrest. the support payments are very high for the amount of money he makes for one week. he is afraid to go back to court to have the support lowered. since he now has a job and is paying will the arrest him if and when he goes to court.? he is not seeing one of the children. he has visitation but the mother is not allowing him to see his son.

He should get an attorney. He needs to get the warrant lifted and then recalculate the child support to lower the weekly amount.

I hope that he is paying through probation and not directly to the mother because he may not receive credit for his payment if this is the

case. I need more information to give an opinion, but it is clear that he does not go into court to change his situation they will come for him early some morning when he is sleeping.
