child support

my son is working full time this summer,and stays with my mother in jackson,my ex is looking for more child support,and my son leaves for college at the end of aug,should she be in titled to more money

What you pay her as child support should be computed by multiplying the number of weeks that your son will be at home from college by the current weekly child support obligation and then dividing what you get by 52 weeks. This gives you your reduced child support payments to her because you are supporting the child while he is away at school. If she will not agree to this computation you will ask the Court for the appropriate order.
