Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

child support

My step son will spend the summer with us, end of June, July and August. Do we have to pay child support during this period of time? Please advice. Thank you.

Unless the agreement or final judgment says differently, child support obligation continues. Perhaps so reduction could be agreed to with the mother to avoid going back to court
