child support and visitation -

ok were do i start with this - my boy friend lives in florida and his kids are in new jersey he has not seen his kids in 5 and half years he has joint custdy of his kids he went 3 times to court and each time he feels the court is not taking acttion on his end on making sure he is getting his visitation . now the child support part - my boy firends child support payments are base on income from 8 years ago he has been to court since then but even thogth he dose not make the same amont that he did then he is paying alot of child support a week he is behind in his payments when his child support first start they put at 10,000 dallors on him to start so when he has a job lost and is trying to get a new one he get even more behind - because of the high child support order what advice would you have for him on getting a lawyer so he can get help with this - by the way we have a child together and we feel she should get to see her borther and sister her sister is 14 and borther is 8.
