Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Child Support for 18 yr old college Student

17 yr dghtr. chose 2 move back w/me after 3 yrs w/dad. (Court order no CS from me, I was homeschooling younger daughters) & @ same time my current hub & I were separating, now back together. Ex giving grief over support & insurance (both providers are the step'rents). He feels I owe CS for 3 yrs she lived there, so he doesn't want to pay CS anymore & only 1/2 of college. (Never any order re:college. FASA denied). Current hub supported & provided insurance 4 her for 12 years. Here's 1st quest: which step parent provides insurance, residential or non residential? Ex's attorney:only step parent w/ whom the child lives, at that time it was neither; Welfare: stepdad, we were still legally married & she was residing w/ me. (Im handling this Pro Se, can't afford a pot to p in @ this time, let alone an attorney. Judge signd my last 4 Pro Se orders; this time Im afraid exs lawyer is double talking me). I don't work (except my family craft business, I earn $30 6 days a year if lucky). Exs lawyer demanded all Finacials (business 2) w/ CIS(my mom has JC w/us, lg story) I got squat w/his CIS. NO tax return, etc. #2:How do I get them? #3: Do CS guidelines still applynow she's 18?#4:How much longer does he HAVE 2 pay CS? #5 Do I have chance?

You should really speak with an attorney to discuss your situation as it is too complex to handle over this site.
