Re: child support/child care

If you appear to be making a choice as opposed to be accepting an economic reality your current level of income will be imputed to you by the court and it will not matter that you will be earning less. To have the realistic opportunity to apply for a downward modification of your child support obligation you must show convincingly that your moving to another state is mostly involuntarily.
