Child Support-Father's Rights

I am the father of this child. never any question. In

1996 I gave all information to all agencies, including

blood-generic test demanded ofme. There were no

further inquiries made; nor threats made to my

finances or to my freedom. Here in the year 2000,

after another threat against my freedom ,as well as my

finances; another test I now find myself branded as a

deadbeat father; to say nothing of my alleged

abandonment of my chid. I have been arrested for

trying to see and support my child and spent 3 days in

carcerarted for my efforts. HELP HELP 11111111111111.

I have been told that I have 10 days from my receipt o

notice[02/19/00] but no one at the court knows how to

file for the trial by jury that is my righ

It's hard for me to answer your question based on the information given in your question. However, if there was a child support order and you have not been paying in accordance with the Order, then it is quite possible that a Court may incarcerate you.
