Child Visitation
Father of my son and I were never married. My son is 2 yrs old. He sees our son on the weekends he does not have him he sees our son Tues. and Thurs. 4-7PM. He picks our son from day care and I pick him up at his parents home where he lives.Weekends he has him our son is picked up at 6PM at my house and I pick him up at 6 at his parents home. I receive e-mails constantly from him concerning his demands for more visitation and overnight visits with our son. He sates detail demands from overnight visitation for Martin Luthar King holiday and Presidents day holiday wanting these to be his time. He has a restraining order against me and is constantly violating it so that he can speak to me. Stating he does not care about the order. HELP! What can I do

Normally, with simple visitation issues, I say that you may not need an attorney, but you should at least speak with one. Your case is more complex. Thus, I strongly suggest you get an attorney to help you out here.
