Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

child visitation

i have a 9 month old daughter whom has supervised visitation with her father because of his anger issues and his 10 yr old son has history of violence (he branded my 5 yr. old with a fork, and tried to strangle my 8 yr old numerous times). The judge told her father that if he shows up for his visits for the next 6 months his visits will then become unsupervised. What can i do to protect my daughter from this situation?

You can file for reconsideration with the same judge or you can appeal his decision as to visitation.
