Child Visitation
I was ordered to have supervised visits I did my ordered supervised visits as ordered court reviewed the reports which gave me a perfect review and suggested I get my unsupervised visitation back but the judge only gave me 6 hours a week is there any way to appeal this?

Yes, but if you didn't make a good case the first time, you may be restricted on appeal. I suggest you call an attorney before doing anything. Call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss.

Yes, you have 45 days from the entry of the Order to file an appeal with the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Filing an appeal is complicated and I would suggest you secure the services of an attorney.
