child visitation rights

my ex wife has a court order to drop off my son every other friday at 5pm. what can i do when she refuses to do so ?

You can take her to court for an order punishing her for her noncompliance, but first you should give her notice in writing that you will be doing this if she does not immediately comply with your entitlement to visitation and that failing same you will ask the judge to order to pay your legal expenses.
