child visitation rights

My 10 yr old soon to be 11 on march 16th does not want to see her biological father...will she be forced to visit with him if she does not want to?

Yes. Unless there is a danger to your daughter he has a right to see her. The court would consider it your responsibility to encourage her to have a good relationship with her father, unless there are strong extenuating reasons.
