A child of 14 years of age wants to live with his father rather than the mother and the father filed a motion for custody and hearing was held without the childs voice and the judge made the decision to keep the child in the house with the mother based on a one sided paper work from the mother. How should the father proceed. The child is extremely upset and when he voices his emotions about living with the father the mother is taunting

The father can file a motion for reconsideration of the motion within twenty days of receiving the
offending order of the Court. He can call me, if he likes.
