My Child 23 years old is graduating on May24th this years. How do I go about taking him off my child support.

You will need to file a Motion with the Court to do so, unless your ex agrees to a Consent Order. In either case, it is always best to have an attorney work with you on this.

You have to file a motion for emancipation.
