Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
I have two children, age 10 and 6. I share joint legal custody with their mother. I have primary residency. The children are with me (father) every Thursday to Monday morning. Right now their mother lives 5 minutes, door to door. I am looking to move to another location within 15-20 min drive but also a different school district. The reason for moving is the house I own is not big enough currently, and also I am planning on re-marrying and having more children. My household offers more stability as far as constants in their lives. There is no child support, and I provide all medical insurance for them. What legal advice can be given in this scenario as far as relocation, and what may the judge allow me to do? I would hate to go through the process of selling my house and buying a new one for nothing.

Before a lawyer can give you any advice, he or she would need more information about the current order that is in place right now. Call me at 732/773/2768 to discuss.
