children

if something were to happen to me or my husband what is the legal form that would say that we would want custoidy to go to my parents? Would it be a will?

yes, it would be helpful to appoint a guardian in the event that you and your husband die etc. Parents' rights are paramoount under the Troxel decision. You could apoint a separate guardian for the child's estate too.

yes. and, depending on what you own, it may be fairly simple and inexpensive to have a properly drawn Will prepared.

call me if you would like me to prepare a Will for you and your husband. since you have children, this is something that you should really have done.
