Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Childrens pictures included on internet dating sites

As the NCP father of 2 girls, divorced over 1 year, I am quite troubled with the fact my ex has included my childrens pictures within her profile for dating. With all the creeps, pedophiles, photo manipulating, etc... Do I have the right to tell her to remove them ASAP? This is another instance of questionable/unstable behavior this woman has gotten into. She has a very long documented mental health history.

Please Help.

Yes, you do but it has to be presented in the right way. You have to be real careful here. If you really want to get custody away from her, I suggest you get an attorney to mount a really good effort to do so. Otherwise, the judge may get annoyed if he/she keeps seeing you back in court every few months.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
