I have recently married my daughter's father. Due to personal reasons, she has my maiden name. How do I change her name to ours, the and estimate of costs?

A name change application must be filed in Superior Court with publication in the newspaper of record. The filing fee is $200.00. The publication fee is about $100.00 and the legal fee is $1,250.00.
